La Corte d’Appello di Perugia ha condannato a sei mesi di reclusione tre pubblici ufficiali per il reato di falso ideologico in atto pubblico, riformando completamente la precedente sentenza del Tribunale, che nel 2023 li aveva assolti “perché il fatto non sussiste”.
La vicenda risale al 2018 e riguarda una procedura di selezione pubblica indetta dalla società Umbria International Airport “San Francesco d’Assisi”, per l’assunzione a tempo determinato di un operatore unico aeroportuale/addetto rampa.
Secondo quanto emerso nel processo d’appello, i tre imputati – presidente e membri della commissione giudicatrice – avrebbero falsamente attestato nel verbale della selezione l’assenza di situazioni di incompatibilità tra i commissari e i candidati, omettendo di segnalare la partecipazione del figlio di uno dei componenti, poi risultato vincitore.
La Procura Generale di Perugia, ritenendo infondata l’assoluzione di primo grado, ha presentato ricorso sostenendo che vi fosse un chiaro disegno criminoso volto a favorire il candidato con legami familiari all’interno della commissione. La Corte ha accolto la tesi dell’accusa, condannando tutti e tre i commissari coinvolti a sei mesi di reclusione ciascuno.
